The end product is great! I watched the streams as it was developed and learned a lot!
I think the photo capture happens too fast in the browser, before the flash has finished fading out, therefore causing the picture to look like that.
I hope you manage to make an updated version in the future, with more props to wear, allowing for user made sprites and maybe add a resize/rotate tool as well? :)

That's not the case unfortunately, I tried it with no flash what-so-ever and it still occurred.
It's something to do with the way the image is encoded.
This is just pure amazing
I had some serious audio skipping while playing.
Really? What browser are you using? Is it all audio?
I'm using Chrome, and as far as I know it was every bit of audio that was skipping.
